The hotel had a nice room and served delicious breakfast and dinner. There were also nice amenities like a hot tub and sauna. the location was perfect for outdoor activities like skiing and hiking.
Some of the wait staff were not helpful when we struggled with the language barrier. It made for an uncomfortable dining experience.

As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a beautiful room and a warm ambiance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the hot tub and sauna, which were a delightful bonus after a long day of exploring the nearby area. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay unforgettable.
Nothing bad to say, this hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect.

Great location in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by incredible nature and with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The hotel itself was quite beautiful, with comfortable rooms and nice amenities like a spa and restaurant. It was also fairly easy to find our way around and navigate the area. Not to mention, the staff was generally friendly and helpful.
We had a few negative experiences during our stay. One of the biggest issues was the language barrier - some of the staff members seemed to struggle with English and weren't very helpful when we had questions or needed assistance.

I’d like to share with you my amazing experience at a stunning hotel located in the heart of the Dolomites. the surroundings were breathtaking, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities one could need. Daily breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing guidance on things to do in the area. the spa was a definite highlight, offering a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing.
The only negative aspect was some language barriers with wait staff. a fantastic stay in a truly mesmerizing location.
